It is in 1910, that the restaurant opens its doors under the name of Mickey Mouse restaurant. Alexis Savard is then the owner. In 1936, he changed the name of the restaurant and named it the Café Georges VI. Alexis finally sold the establishment in 1940 to J.-A. Hébert. The latter operated the restaurant until the early 1960s before renting it to a man named Gendron who, in turn, changed the name of the restaurant to the one we know today: the Café aux Délices
