Antonio Fabrizzio La Palerma was born in Florence, Italy, to Sicilian parents. Arriving in Montreal in '67, he graduated from the ITHQ in '84. He has since worked with the best chefs and the best Italian restaurants in the city.
Now morinheighters and married with Chantal, they want to offer you a cuisine that is inspired by their career, a cuisine that is both comforting, sometimes inspired by Lina, the mother of Tony, a cuisine that mixes roots Tony's Florentines and Sicilians in their Montreal pasts.
