The vineyard Côtes du Gavet is located on a beautiful estate of 47 ha , in verdant hillsides on the border of Warwick and Tingwick in the Bois- Francs region . The vineyard is named after the first settlers of this land, the brothers Gavet ( English immigrants arrived in the 1800s ) as well as sandy - stony hillsides on which the vines grow .
