Bistro L'Entracte

Bistro-style cuisine, fusion cuisine, prioritizing the refinement, presentation and freshness of food. Our menu is changed twice a year, a spring-summer menu and an autumn-winter menu, to be adapted to the products and requirements of the seasons. Some regional products and some favorite products. A specialty that is part of our menu: sushi! A pride in us by their flavor and their originality. We also offer specialties to slate, which is renewed several times a month.

On our next menus, we will have as novelties (and that will remain permanently available thereafter): the grills. With very popular cuts of meat, totally fresh meats, from the butcher's counter to your plate.

The Bar Bistro L'Entracte also has a very enviable wine list! More than 50 products several private imports, several small treasures to discover! The wine list is renewed twice a year.

All our desserts are homemade by our pastry chef: Karine Ouellet.

For the past ten years, Bar Bistro L'Entracte has been presenting particularly blues shows, with internationally renowned guest artists. And sometimes, shows other than the blues, of course ...!
