They are completing the first steps of the project in 2002. Find the ideal location and highlight the importance of this initiative for the region. It will take two years of hard work.

It is in a former crab processing plant, overlooking the Dune de l'Ouest, that they anchor and begin the brewing history of the Islands.

The microbrewery makes a point of honor to highlight the distinctive territory of the archipelago through its beers and its menu. The creation of taste meshes with the various actors and artisans of the Islands is at the heart of the spirit of the company. The result is a strong brewing uniqueness, as evidenced by the personality of the unique and racy beers produced here.

The use of local resources is a guarantee of authenticity and freshness that has managed to make the shelter of the storm a flagship company, creating quality jobs, annual and seasonal.
