In 2014, at the age of 26, Cynthia Lebel, then mother of two young children, started without really knowing it, to flirt with the entrepreneurial adventure!

Passionate about the zero waste movement, natural products and respect for the environment, the years passed and her convictions became stronger and stronger. This thought haunted her: "What we put on our skin is absorbed by our body just like food. We shouldn't put substances on our skin that we wouldn't be willing to have on our plate."

Never better served than by yourself, after several unsuccessful searches for natural and affordable cosmetics, she decided to develop and manufacture her own health and beauty products. This way, she could eliminate the use of toxic ingredients and offer products made locally in Quebec.

Little did Cynthia know at the time that she would create a buzz around her by talking about her new passion! Little by little, she began to take orders for her friends and family. In 2017, the family had two more children and the demand for the products was still growing. So she decided to quit her job and start Cadelli Inc. full time.

My goal was to leave something healthy to my children for the future and to pass on my passion. It was a small scale family project. I am proud that this hobby has grown and become bigger than us. My oldest is already wondering, at the age of 10, what field of study he should pursue in order to take over the company.
