Chez Temporel will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year! Founded in 1974, the restaurant has changed hands several times over the past decade. Many remember Couillard Street as the heart of Old Quebec, thanks to its bars, music venues, and restaurants. While the neighborhood has changed considerably in recent years, the café has always been frequented primarily by Quebec City residents and those who returned regularly due to their fondness for the place. It is with the desire to preserve the establishment's spirit and relive those golden years that the new owners decided to invest in restoring this iconic Old Quebec restaurant!
